Privacy Policy
Effective September 10, 2026
Nimblor LLC ("Nimblor," "we," "us," or "our") is a software company incorporated in Texas, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information through nimblor.com; Glimshelf, our iPhone and iPad comic and manga reader; and Lions Ledger, our app for football staff to record and review team and player statistics.
If you have questions about this policy, use our contact form.
1. The Nimblor Website
When you submit the early interest form on nimblor.com, we collect your email address. We use it to:
- Notify you when early access to Ousley.ai opens
- Send product updates and marketing communications about Nimblor and its brands
We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.
General contact messages include your name, email address, and message. We use these details to respond and manage follow-up. Contacting us does not subscribe you to product marketing.
Project inquiries include your name, email address, organization, project description, and any optional service interests, website, budget, and timing you provide. We use these details to respond, discuss scope, prepare proposals, and manage follow-up. Submitting a project inquiry does not subscribe you to product marketing. Website submissions and internal follow-up notes are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database. Submitted form details are also sent to our business email through Resend. We retain them as needed to manage your inquiry or relationship with us; you can contact us to request deletion. The private inquiry dashboard uses a secure session cookie for administrator sign-in. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
The public website does not use tracking cookies or advertising networks. It uses these service providers:
- Umami Cloud — We use privacy-focused website analytics to understand aggregate traffic and improve the site. Umami records information such as page views, visits, referrers, browser, operating system, device type, country, and session duration. Umami states that its tracker uses no cookies, fingerprinting, cross-site tracking, or identifying personal information. See Umami's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare — We use Cloudflare Workers and D1 to process and store website submissions, and Cloudflare's Turnstile widget to protect our forms from automated abuse. When you interact with the form, Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser characteristics. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — We load fonts from Google's servers. When our site loads, Google may receive your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Resend — We use Resend to deliver form notifications, acknowledgment emails, and administrator sign-in codes. Resend processes the submitted contact details and inquiry content needed for these messages. Notifications are received in our business email account with Zoho. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
2. Glimshelf
Glimshelf is designed to work without a Nimblor account or a Nimblor-operated library service. Your library database, downloaded pages, covers, reading history, settings, and user-selected comic, PDF, EPUB, and archive files are stored on your device. Nimblor does not automatically receive those items.
Self-hosted servers
When you add a Komga, Kavita, or OPDS server, Glimshelf connects directly from your device to the address you choose. The app sends the credentials you provide and the requests needed to browse, download, read, edit supported metadata, and synchronize progress. Your server or its operator may receive your IP address, credentials, device identifier, library requests, and reading-progress activity under that operator's own policies. Credentials are stored in the Apple Keychain. If you explicitly choose an HTTP server, its traffic is not encrypted in transit; Glimshelf warns you and never uses HTTP for its first-party or public metadata services.
Local files and on-device information
Files and folders you select remain under Apple's file-access controls. Glimshelf reads their contents and file metadata to display and index your library and stores a bookmark needed to reopen a selected folder. The app may store extracted temporary content, covers, downloads, reading positions, notes, and diagnostics on your device. These items are not sent to Nimblor automatically.
Optional iCloud features
If you enable a Glimshelf iCloud synchronization feature, the applicable reading statistics, local-file content fingerprint and progress, bookmarks, annotations, authored Home layout, reading orders, smart collections, and other enabled configuration are stored in your private iCloud database using Apple CloudKit so they can synchronize between your devices. Glimshelf does not place page images, catalog titles, server credentials, OAuth tokens, server addresses, or local file paths in those records. Apple processes iCloud data under Apple's Privacy Policy. You can disable each feature in Glimshelf; you can manage or delete app data through your Apple Account and iCloud settings.
Apple Handoff
If you use Handoff while reading, Glimshelf gives Apple's Handoff service a bounded continuity reference so another one of your Apple devices can reopen the same position. The reference includes the page or chapter, a synchronized profile identifier, and either a digest derived from a self-hosted provider identifier or a SHA-256 content fingerprint for a local file. It does not include a catalog title, filename or path, server address or identifier, credential, image, or account token. Apple controls Handoff transport and availability under its privacy policy.
Optional AniList, MyAnimeList, and Metron accounts
If you choose to connect AniList, MyAnimeList, or Metron, Glimshelf opens the applicable authorization flow or accepts the personal API token you provide and stores the resulting credential in the Apple Keychain. The app may send provider account context, linked title or issue identifiers, reading progress, completion or read dates, and—when you use the applicable controls—ratings, collection state, pull-list state, or wish-list state. The provider can associate this information with your provider account. Nimblor does not receive or proxy these requests. You can disconnect a provider in Glimshelf and revoke access in the provider's account settings. See the AniList terms and privacy information, MyAnimeList Privacy Policy, and Metron Privacy Policy.
Optional online metadata
Online metadata matching is enabled by default for local-file imports. Glimshelf sends title, creator, year, or other catalog search terms to AniList and Open Library and, after you connect it, to Metron with your token. Those services receive the request and network information such as your IP address. This feature does not send page images or the file itself. You can turn online metadata matching off in Glimshelf. See the provider information linked above and the Internet Archive and Open Library terms and privacy policy.
Community reading lists
When you explicitly browse or import a community CBL reading list, Glimshelf requests the public DieselTech/CBL-ReadingLists repository index from GitHub and downloads only the public list file you select from GitHub's content service. GitHub receives ordinary network information such as your IP address and Glimshelf user-agent string. Glimshelf does not send GitHub your library, reading history, server details, account identifiers, credentials, or selected-file contents. The public repository index may be cached on your device for offline browsing. GitHub processes these requests under GitHub's Privacy Statement.
Purchases, TestFlight, and diagnostics
When purchases are offered, Apple processes Glimshelf purchases and subscriptions through StoreKit. Glimshelf receives product, transaction-verification, entitlement, and beta-environment status, but Nimblor does not receive your payment-card details from the app. Apple may provide Nimblor with aggregated sales and App Store information under Apple's policies. Purchases are not offered in the public TestFlight beta; Pro is included for beta testing.
When you use a TestFlight build, Apple may collect beta usage, crash, and diagnostic information and make reports or feedback you submit available to Nimblor according to your Apple settings and Apple's TestFlight terms. Glimshelf also uses Apple's MetricKit to receive diagnostic reports on your device. The app retains only aggregate local counts from those reports; it does not automatically upload MetricKit reports to Nimblor or use a third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK.
Support exports
For Glimshelf support, diagnostic reports, or support-data deletion requests, email support@glimshelf.com. General Glimshelf enquiries can be sent to contact@glimshelf.com. Our legacy Nimblor contact address remains available.
Glimshelf creates a privacy-scrubbed diagnostics file only when you choose Export Diagnostics or Contact Support, and you can review or cancel the system share or mail flow before sending. The export contains an incident identifier and generation time; app, build, operating-system, coarse device-class, locale, time-zone, power, and available-storage information; database schema and startup-recovery state; entitlement, beta, feature, and reader-mode summaries; aggregate source, compatibility, queue, recent-failure, CloudKit-health, and MetricKit state; and recent scrubbed warning or error events. It is designed to omit credentials, server addresses, library and file names, local paths, URLs, response bodies, page images, and raw diagnostic payloads. Nimblor receives an export, your sender email address, and any message text only if you deliberately send them to us. Information you send to support is used to respond to and investigate your request.
Tracking and advertising
Glimshelf contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking technology. Nimblor does not sell Glimshelf information or use it for targeted advertising.
3. Lions Ledger
Lions Ledger helps football staff record and review team and player statistics. Roster information, game statistics, school records, imported workbooks, drafts and correction history are stored on your device. Lions Ledger does not require a Nimblor account and does not automatically send this information to Nimblor. It contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDK and does not automatically synchronize app data between devices.
You choose when to import files, export reports or create backups. Exported game and season workbooks may contain player names and statistics. A single-game workbook retains supporting worksheets and a complete recovery archive; it is not a redacted single-game file. Complete JSON backups and app-generated recovery workbooks may also contain drafts and correction history. Share these files only with intended recipients. When you save to iCloud Drive or another Files provider, that provider handles the file under its own terms and privacy policy. External website links open the selected website, which handles requests under its own policy.
When you use a TestFlight build, Apple may collect beta usage, crash and diagnostic information and make reports or feedback you submit available to Nimblor according to Apple's TestFlight terms and your settings. This is separate from the app's local statistics storage.
For support or questions, use our contact form. Nimblor receives your email and any information or attachments you choose to send. Avoid sending full player rosters or backups when a description of the issue is sufficient. The policy's support retention and deletion provisions apply to information you send to support.
Local app data remains on your device until you remove it or delete the app, subject to backups you maintain. Independently exported files and backups remain wherever you saved or shared them and must be managed there. Export a verified backup before deleting the app if you want to preserve game and season information.
4. Email Communications
If you submit our interest form, you may receive emails from us about Ousley.ai and other Nimblor products. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time and we will honor your request promptly. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable email marketing laws.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You may contact us at any time to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Withdraw consent to receive marketing communications
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
For information held by a self-hosted server, Apple, AniList, MyAnimeList, Open Library, or another service you selected, direct your request to that service or server operator. Disconnecting a service in Glimshelf stops future app access but does not by itself delete information already held by that third party.
To exercise any of these rights, use our contact form.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your email address for as long as you remain on our contact list, or until you request deletion. You may request deletion at any time through our contact form or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Glimshelf's local app data remains until you remove it in the app, delete the app, or erase it through device storage controls, subject to any backup or iCloud copy you maintain. Private CloudKit data remains under your iCloud account until removed through the applicable app or Apple controls. Third-party services retain information according to their own policies. Unless a documented legal hold requires otherwise, we delete raw support mail, attachments, and restricted working copies 30 days after an incident closes or 90 days after the last contact about it, whichever comes first. We aim to complete a verified support-deletion request within seven days.
7. Children's Privacy
Our website and Glimshelf are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Glimshelf can display content from libraries and services selected by the user; Nimblor does not curate those libraries. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, use our contact form and we will delete it promptly.
8. Security and International Processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. The providers described above may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their terms and applicable safeguards.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
